Stardate 12.

Today was an amazing liquid diet day. Didn’t take in any solid foods. Only drank these shakes and smoothies between 4PM-8PM (my eating window).

Labeled as a “Weight Gainer” Smoothie King The Hulk 30 oz - 1160 calories
12oz Chocolate Almond Milk + 1 Scoop MTS Nutrition Whey Powder -400 calories

And I guess that’s it? Haven’t been hungry all day!! I wonder why!? (I’m looking at you insulin) Oh wait, I know why. I have amazing insulin sensitivity from being active!! So my body isn’t constantly nagging me for additional caloric content.

I will be in a fasted state through my cardio routine tomorrow, with plenty of carbloaded muscles ready to supply the glycogen for my run.

You know what’s great about a fasted state? Low blood sugar. Naturally appetite suppressing. And last but not least, the same fat blasting effect you get from a low carbohydrate diet, except now with carbohydrates!!

Also, I’d like to report that today was the first time in my entire adult life I’ve purchased and worn 28 waist (women’s 6) pants. Super refreshing!!
