Two years ago I was 191, this was too thin. This time I don't want to lose more than about fifteen pounds. Down to 197, 195 at most.

I'll do my no toppings, no dressing, half portion diet as usual. And I'll record what I eat.

And I'll now get religious again about exercise and yoga. I'll walk my 10,000 steps each day and do yoga.
