I hate scales...I am down 2 lbs in 4 days. I guess this is not so bad. I want to be skinny and I want it now. I am such a brat.

Meal Plan for 7/12/07: Vegetable Quiche (3), roma tomato (4 slices) with skim cheese cubes(4), grilled chicken salad with feta cheese & tomatoes & balsamic vin., 20 pistachios, same salad for dinner, sugar free jello or ricotta cheese w/ splenda for dessert.

It's ok to be a brat...use all of that energy and put it in your diet regime! Soon (Poof) your dreams will come true!

Don't beat yourself up, but it is important to try to stick with Phase 1 dos and don'ts because the first 2 weeks it cleans out your system. I personally hated the ricotta cheese, so I at sugar free jello instead. Welcome to SBD!
