First day back at CF today... My unofficial weight this morning is 80.2 kg. 1.2 kg down in one day... I know it's only fluids, but it's soooo motivating!

5 x 10 reps at 75% of 1RM or LBF
I warmed up with a 15 kg bar, & did my reps with 20 kg.
I haven't done back squats in a very, very long time, so I decided to take it rather easy.

50 Double unders (100 singles) 3 Power Cleans - 15 kg bar 8 T2B - I can't do T2B, so I did tuck sits
