keep saying I am getting back on track. Feels closer to reality. Would like to actively begin back on atkins. Never went off just strayed, gained back 9 of the 38 i lost over the last year. I will do it!
161.5 lb Lost so far: 25.5 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
