Sometimes it's frustrating trying to log food because the right values aren't available and it's hard to guess what size portion of food I ate. I know ideally you should weigh your food before you eat it so that there isn't this problem, but that's not always possible, as is the case for lunch today. I had a Five Guys cheeseburger with all the free toppings sans bun (it came with the bun, which was ginormous by the way, I just didn't eat it.) Also I ate some peanuts, but I don't know about how much, so I totally guessed based on approximate visual sizes and tried to err high rather than low. Trying to do this right and not cheat.

weighing i found is the way to go for me. but then my scales broke and im finding im having to go by slice and size and its frustrating its not as accurate as weighing
