I wish there was a way to record notes on our food choices! I have "Fritos" on my snack list from yesterday - not an item I would ever have chosen myself, but I left my lunch at home last night when I went to work, so a co-worker kindly gave me her Fritos, and $5 to buy a candy bar and a coke for lunch. What a sweet gesture! I did NOT have a coke and a chocolate bar, but did eat the Fritos - I was hungry! Then I had my lunch when I got home. It brought my calories up to 1602, which is still only 89% of my allowed calories.
