Crap crap crap.

I cannot find the correct nutritional information for the mussels I am having for dinner. They were fresh, and we called the place to ask them if they knew about where they were from and what kind of conditional nutrition they had. What they told me, is they were from Cape Cod, and that the serving size is 3oz. They said that 3oz was only 90 calories. However, I looked it up on here and on the web, and I get ranges from 120-150 calories per serving... so I just chose the one closest to 90 calories... however I think the people at the store were wrong.

This makes me feel bad, like I'm lying on my food diary! Grrr... what to do. What to do.
