It has been a journey like everyone else I'm sure. Fell off the wagon for a few months with ife happening and saw myself creeping back to 190.. yeah but no.. was a reality check and I had to ask myself do I really want to start ALL over again.. losing the 15lbs I added while on "vacation" makes you get discouraged but I started 2017 at 220ish lbs. I have even been debating on donating my 16 size jeans.. they are getting too big and I have been holding off because I worry after being heavy for more than half my life that I will eventually find my way back and have to buy all new clothes again. Hopefully you guys can relate because we all know how much we love to clothes shop when we are weight challenged. On the other hand.. it might just give me the kick in the ass to say hey dummy.. you have no clothes to fit in anymore if you start going in the wrong direction. LOL The struggles. Happy day "LOSERS" 😉! Here's to living in today, making good choices, not focusing on bad choices in the past and knowing the number on the scale is no reflection of us personally. We are all in the same boat. Some closer.. some farther.. but we all started at the same place just at different times. WE CAN DO IT!! Onward and Downward LOL.
