Something I am learning is that, if you blow your diet one meal, that doesn't have to ruin your diet for the rest of the day, just try again with the next meal, making healthy choices.
Something that always killed my diets before was that, if I cheated, I would end up cheating the entire day, thinking, well, I already blew this day, what's it matter? Then, next thing I knew, my diet was out the window! That's why it matters, you don't have to wait til Monday to restart or even the next day, just start over with your next meal. Even just the tiniest change makes a difference in the long run! :)

Hope this helps to encourage someone, I know this realization has definitely helped me keep aiming for my success!

That is so true. I've learned though this latest journey that I need to get rid of the guilt when I fall off the wagon. It is good for me to fall off the wagon for a meal here and there it keeps reminding me that I need to pay attention to what I'm putting in my mouth and it also helps keep me from feeling deprived of some of my favorite foods. I've found if i feel deprived from some types of foods I binge on them and then throw in the towel because I say what's the use. I'm noticing a mindset change with me this time and I'm loving it!

Yep, that's a HUGE realization - I used to do the same thing and distinctly remember when I thought to myself, "Why in the heck do I keep saying I'll do this "tomorrow"?? What is wrong with right now??" :)
