Something I am learning is that, if you blow your diet one meal, that doesn't have to ruin your diet for the rest of the day, just try again with the next meal, making healthy choices. Something that always killed my diets before was that, if I cheated, I would end up cheating the entire day, thinking, well, I already blew this day, what's it matter? Then, next thing I knew, my diet was out the window! That's why it matters, you don't have to wait til Monday to restart or even the next day, just start over with your next meal. Even just the tiniest change makes a difference in the long run! :)
