Gained a stone since my last weigh in. Embarrassed and not happy about it. Starting again this time and no excuses. Will push myself to go for a run every single day for 12 weeks! Will go to the gym and eat healthy. I want to be my ideal weight by 30th August 2012. Wish me luck!
