I am happy to see the results on the scale I am not eating junk and no more having temptations I kind of like the way I eat healthy. I guess junk food is addictive once you go that way you seem to keep going. I am glad I found my way back
212.6 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 91.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
