weight has been the same for the past week but I don't mind. I feel great especially since getting off caffeine pills/etc(currently day 6). I sleep better, feel better, and no longer have any hard crashes throughout the day. I hope I can continue to do this for the next few months. Highest weight in my life was 230 so I know how long of a journey it has been. Not sure if anyone will read this but I kind of like this journal feature.
