First day of fitness challenge yesterday.
127.0 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1338 kcal Fat: 43.80g | Prot: 86.39g | Carb: 156.14g.   Breakfast: Light Fat Free Yogurt, San Juan Island Nine Grain Bread, Peanut Butter. Lunch: Natural String Cheese Part Skim, Gala Apples, 100% Low Sodium Vegetable Juice (5.5 oz). Dinner: Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Beef Brisket, Pork Spareribs, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: Light Fat Free Yogurt, Coco-Cola Classic (12 oz), Snickerdoodle Cookie. more...
