I haven't been following the SB very well lately. I've been working late and having dinner around 4:30 and then a light meal around 7:00pm this is proving to be a bad habit! My scale is on the fritz so I'm not real sure if my weight is right or not.
I'm hoping it's close. I also think Phase 3 might be to much for me right now...
145.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You are doing a good job just being aware of what is going on before you get too far away from your goal. As long as you keep that up you are sure to do well. I don't know if you are trying to get below that 145 line though. I just bought a new Omron digital scale from Amazon for $37 because mine seems always to be off and this new one gives a readout including fractions of a pound which I like. It seems to be one of the most popular scales on Amazon (model: Omron HBF-400 Body Fat Monitor and Scale) but it does not seem to allow calibration which someone had recommended to me (I decided to forget about this since the reviews seemed so positive and the price was so reasonable). Hang in there. I think I went to Phase 2 too fast but we've got to find trust in ourself along the way.Keep me up dated on the new scale...it sounds pretty cool. And just remember you also have a great buddie system to help get you through the ruff stuff.
