Well I have had a bit of a mad weekend. Lots on in my family ! Thankfully I have nothing on till Natalies 30th in a couple of weeks. SO I am having no alcohol til then. On the straight and narrow thats me! I haven't gone wrong on the food front but the vodka and wine I 've had this weekend isn't worth recording!
Anyway. Feeling fine.

Diet Calendar Entry for 15 March 2010:
1922 kcal Fat: 149.21g | Prot: 114.13g | Carb: 32.24g.   Breakfast: bacon, sweetener, coffee decaf, whipping cream, red peppers, Olive Oil, eggs, cheese. Lunch: beef burger, sliced cheese, chicken, salad, hellmans mayo. Dinner: salad, cucumber, red pepper, hellmans real mayoniese, salmon. Snacks/Other: atkins crispy milk chocolate. more...

Jill-Gill, I am not going to say anything bad. I know you already know that your body will burn the alcohol before it burns any fat. However, if you find you really can't sustain from having a beverage you should stick with liquor. Hard liquors do not contain carbs and if you prefer to mix - use diet soda. I can't say I condone drinking while doing Atkins BUT if you must, chose wisely.
