Had a fantastic weekend! Celebrated yesterday - it was my hubby's B-day, and, our 23rd Anniversary ;) We went back to our old stomping grounds, and even went to the exact place we took our vows..and said 'I Still Do!' - again! (just the two of us...for fun!)
Each of my kids chipped in some time over the weekend and stayed with their grandmother, so hubby and I could get out over the weekend and do some things we rarely have time for. (LOVE THOSE KIDS!)
We went for a walk on the beach, picked out and purchased our gas logs for our fireplace (which was my Christmas present) (better late than never ;), we went on a photography walk (which is where we stop every two steps so my husband can take pictures, and I don't get mad that we have to stop every two steps! LOL!!). And then yesterday, we took a trip up the coast of Maine to York Beach, and then the Nubble Lighthouse...which is where we got married.
We stopped for Omelettes on the way home - at a totally yummy all day bkfst joint we love - and between that and the fact that he is NOW older than me...for at least a few months... it was the ending of a perfect weekend.
