Managed to do this for 45 minutes- it felt amazing!!! I have done this three times so the challenge is done :) Still taking a day of rest between runs until I am able to increase my endurance. Loving this!
107.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
