first day, thought i was doing good this morning by eating 3 sausage and 3 eggs, but was told otherwise. also had large wraps for lunch....i am trying

Diet Calendar Entries for 28 April 2012:
1819 kcal Fat: 103.05g | Prot: 112.60g | Carb: 136.41g.   Breakfast: Pork Sausage Patties, egg. Lunch: Whole Wheat Low Carb High Fiber Tortillas, lettuce ice burg, Tomatoes, onions, guacamole yucatan, chicken breast. Dinner: Delifresh smoked turkey breast, granny smith apple, great value shreadded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese, free zesty italian kraft, baby carrots, lettus, strawberries. Snacks/Other: gala apple, great value light blueberry nonfat yogurt. more...

Maybe try turkey sausage links (heated in microwave) no extra oil. And try 2 egg whites to every yolk. Otherwise looks pretty good! Throw in one 15-20 minute walk and you will see that will make a difference. Good luck...keep going!

Egg beaters are even easier. can mix half and half with eggs to start. I add in alittle fat free deli ham, mushrooms (sometime a small boiled diced potato)and and make a scramble with 3/4 cup beaters and top with a little 2% cheddar. Go to meal for any time of day. Could even add turkey sausage

Depends on your diet plan! For my plan that was a great breakfast!
