Not enough sleep last night. Why? Because I still can not resist a good rum and diet coke after business. Today, my goal is to get in a good bike ride with Kaitlin, hit the gym sometime, and decide to not have any alcohol. Hopefully, I'll get in a good night sleep tonight without a wake up.
