30 mins on treadmill: 12 mins jogging, walked the rest on 2.5%-4% incline. Total of 2.5 miles & 275 cals burned. 15 mins on elliptical: crossramp 10/resistance 10. This is my weight in the AM. Supposed to go on a walk/jog with the girl I usually go with on thurs, we'll see! Still on the elliptical or I'd log the cals burned and distance...
133.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

WOOHOO! you're showing me up. I haven't step foot in my sneakers in almost a week.. (embarrassing!!)

lol If I am showing you up, it's a first. It's so rainy here, I haven't been wanting to go to the gym in this crappy weather.
