Weighed myself this morning against my better judgement. It seems like I have stalled since Monday. I wonder if I have dropped out of ketosis. I might be reading the keto sticks wrong. I haven't been drinking the full gallon of water a day lately like I should, also. I'm going to have to step up my game before weigh in day. I think I will go all protein this weekend and cut the calories down to 600.

Yesterday I went above the proscribed limit of 500 calories of protein which jacked up my fat intake as well. That could have something to do with it. This diet plan seems so fragile. Any deviation from the rules seems to set me back quite a bit. I am determined to make this work, though.
