What a WONDERFUL SURPRISE! I reached my goal weight!!! OhMyGosh! I am so happy. My second baby is going to be 2 years old this year, and I FINALLY got below 130 AND reached my goal weight! I am unbelieveably shocked (because I didn't work out twice yesterday, like I usually do...AND because I ate extra too!), relieved, and so so so happy! Now I'm afraid that I won't be able to keep it down! I'd like to make a new goal, but I need to be able to maintain this one first. Please oh please let me be able to keep it down! 124 today! *YAY*

{{{No morning workout. Woke up at 4 and couldn't go back to sleep. Exhausted....but I'll *try* to workout this evening...especially since I sort of "let go" today.}}}

***TODAY'S FOOD***
1.)Breakfast: Visalus Shake (shake mix, unsweetened cocoa powder, granulated instant coffee, water, Original Almond Milk, ice.)
2.)Lunch: LARGE bowl of sinigang na baboy. Was craving it. Hadn't had white rice in a while too, so I know I overdid it. :(
3.)Dinner: Visalus Shake (shake mix, 1/4tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder, cinnamon, water, Original Almond Milk, ice, almond extract, and vanilla extract.)
124.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

Thank you! I just don't want to be too disappointed when my weight fluctuates again. It's so hard to maintain it!

Congrats to you for reaching your goal!! What a wonderful feeling! I think that you should have no problem maintaining your goal if you continue to stay on track with your food choices. Yay for you!
