I have changed my thought process from a diet to a healthier lifestyle. I stopped buying chips, snacks, etc. - things that are high in fat and sugar. If we get those type of things it is on the whim and not kept in the house. Exercising is my main hurdle now. I have started to do an every other day walk/jog in the neighborhood and really liking it so far. If I can't get out or on the days I don't jog, I try to do the treadmill. It helps to have jamming music to get you along.
