Post-Thanksgiving weigh-in. Could be better, could be way way worse. I'm back on track today, however I am going out of town for a few days from Wednesday. It's my annual trip to California (only this time it is a very special occasion 😍)! I always gain in California, because I eat off plan. There are a number of eateries out west that I only get to go to once a year, if that. I'm eating all the food! Jk. Plan is as it always is, stay on track as much as I can, but enjoy my treats.
December is always a disaster weight-wise, so I'm hoping to just break even by the end.
