3rd Crossfit WOD
15 push ups 15 power 30 double unders
so I can't do push ups, my arms literally run out of gas, gonna start doing them twice a day, right when I get up and right before I go to bed.
my form needs a lot of work
can't do double jump, can only do singles, but I am getting better each time.
did 2 reps :(
It will only get better!
