I didn't think it was a great week of eating. Not bad, but not great either. Plus I had about 6 beers over the weekend. Two-week weight loss is four pounds. Not bad but I need to eliminate the yo-yo I had last week.
My activity level is increasing as the weather gets nicer. I got about 75 miles on my bike last week. That definitely helps. I go to the gym less in teh nice weather months, but my outdoor activities tend to be longer in duration than cardio sessions at the gym.
