Let me just say...back to square one after this weekend. Lot's of sun, some beer and great food...very enjoyable but obviously I can't even allow myself that much right now...I knew better. I'm not even going to post my gain. I gained it all back...funny how it takes so long to get the pounds off, and one weekend to put them back on. And I have a sunburn! Yay me ugh? I have got to laugh to keep myself from screaming!
