Satisfied the sweet and carb cravings early. Donut and egg whites for breakfast. What a combo! This perimenopause is more like pregnancy with the mood swings and cravings. Brought the treadmill out the attic yesterday and put it right in plain sight. Now just gotta get on it after work for any amount of time to make a start. I can do this!
