This past round (11th), I was a bit discouraged starting with a higher weight, but refocused each day on getting back to the plan, and always tracking my efforts, including when they were not pristine. Persistency pays off, as I ended the 11th round much better than I started, and that included going on vacation for 3 days! Plus I strained an oblique muscle a little bit after a 50 minute Pilates/Core workout, then went bowling and strained it more. No pain, just a taunt feeling. Did a little Web research and learned that for 10 weeks I would be alternating my strenuous regimen to a bit more tame. And it has been hard for me to embrace the transition, but I will do it.

My focus this round is to focus on the following:
Nutrition
4 cups of veggies
2 cups of fruit
4 3/4 cups of lean proteins
3 1/2 cups of starchy/carbs
1 1/4 cup of healthy fats (nuts or cheese)
1 TBSP seeds or dressings
4 tsp of oils, nut or seed butters, or unsweetened coconut
15 cups of water daily.
Workouts:
Monday: Elliptical or walking 20 minutes
Tuesday: Pushup workout - 2 minutes (Skimble.com)
Wednesday: Squats workout - 27 minutes (Skimble.com)
Thursday: Stretch workout (Skimble.com)
Friday: Elliptical or walking 30 minutes
Saturday: Elliptical or walking 40 minutes
Sunday: Stretch workout (Skimble.com)

NSV (Non-Scale Victory) - 11/11/2017 - I bought a pair of stretchy jeans in a size 14! Haven’t seen that size for quite some time!

If you want to learn more about what I am doing, send me a PM.
