Doing better this week and losing again. Things seem really busy lately and I'm having a hard time keeping track of all I need to do. I'm also feeling a little under the weather. Hopefully I just need to rest some! I really need to get back to exercising. I had committed to doing it 4 times a week and was consistant w/ it from the first of the year, but the past 2 weeks I haven't exercised once! What a cycle it is...I stop doing it, then I don't have any energy, then I don't want to do it BECAUSE I don't have the energy! Ugh! At least the rain has passed and the sun in shining again, it's beautiful outside!

Hello Jenny, nice to meet you. I hear you on the not "feeling" like exercising. Just do it. That is the best phrase ever. I tell myself even if its only 10 crunches its better than nothing and maybe the tomorrow will be better. Send me a message and let me know where your from, I am in Arizona north of Phoenix.

I find that it's best for me to try to keep my exercise at levels that are *sustainable.* If it's too intense, you will fall off of it eventually and probably jump in weight. Also, for me, it is easier to eat less that exercise intensely. Of course, moderation is the word. Thanks for stopping by Jenny.
