Whewwwwwwwwwwww! I have worked my booty off today. I walked with a friend (not in as good of shape as me, so we walked slower) for 28 minutes. I did 10 minutes of Ab exercises with my balance ball (not too good at that yet lol). I walked with my son pushing a stroller up hills for 20 minutes-that was tough! I cooked dinner. Hubby and I lifted weights for 18 minutes. I came in and did 45 minutes of pilates, then I did 18 minutes of Ab exercises. Oh yeah and I worked 4 hours this morning at my real job lol! I am bout to shower and relax. That's something I don't get to do often. I usually spend Wednesday afternoons running errands, shopping, staying busy in general. But no $$ so had to stay home!
