Excited to have a group to work with - just makes it more fun to have folks to share with. 114.4 is my weight today - I lost 16 lbs this year which was awesome - now I know I need to burn the rest and firm the rest - and that is where the resistance is - all mental for sure. As a hypnotherapist I am a bit frustrated because I can see what I am doing but I haven't been committed to really sticking with it to make the subconscious change that is needed due to past injuries and concern of future injuries (excuse!) So if I stay at 114 and change my body to muscle I'm ok with that too, if I'm looking at just losing the extra fat portions on my butt and thighs only I should be at 105ish.

Ordered my trim tea yesterday, excited about the health qualities of the black tea and the weight loss of the African Mango - concerned about the taste though - they said smooth tea taste. lol I don't like tea without sugar and I won't be adding sugar so I shall see. :) I also wonder if it helps people to lose 30 lbs in 10 weeks will I need to stop drinking it at some point or does it keep making you lose weight...hmm I shall find out both through trial and asking others.

Yesterday was getting started day - today will be more involved.
