Well, it doesn't always work like you planned, does it!
But that's okay. Family comes first (sick daughter, distraught mother, and so on and so forth.)
Since I didn't have the time to do the cooking I'd planned to do, I ended up with a mostly protein/fat day. I'd already started the beef, and I cut up a pound of cheese earlier this week into little cubes and then portioned it.
So yeah--carbs for breakfast, but then it was egg, beef, cheese....because those were things I could simply grab.
And we'll see what tomorrow brings!
