I would suggest working out what you plan to eat before the time and choosing foods you like so that it's easier to stick to. And tracking and weighing everything you eat as accurately as possible so you can see what works and what doesn't. But, you seem to be doing quite well since september!

I lost over 35kg without going to gym and just by focusing on my food intake and calorie restrictions :) Try following a fasting lifestyle. Google Intermittent Fasting and also read about the fastdiet on www.thefastdiet.co.uk

Keep working out your upper body if you can. This should help burn at least some calories. I agree with BBO. Intermittent fasting is great.

I lost 18kg in 2 months with calorie restriction and no exercise. you can definitely do it. I also had a fasting day once a week where I only drank fluids (I'm a bit of a teapot😊) hope you heal up soon!

ygritte1306 I don't want to hijack someone else's post...just curious as to what your daily calorie count was...I had heaps of success about 10years ago...second time round and its down one week and up the next...even with fewer calories.
