I wish it was easier to say "No" to food - But it's not...

Whenever I get a pack of something I like, I usually tell myself to eat one serving, but I always end up eating more...

Sometimes I'll grab one serving from the pack and put the bag away or try to hide it, but then i'm thinking about it and the more I think about it, the more I want to eat another serving. Ughhhhhhhhhh...

I'm so mad at myself right now, for eating the rest of those delicious mint chocolate girl scout cookies....

it just happened so quickly...I gobbled everything up...it just tasted soo amazing that I couldn't tell myself no...

Ugh, the life of a dieter...

I really need to work on my self control!
