I've been struggling the past few days feeling like I haven't seen any changes in my body yet. I've lost a few pounds, but everything looks the same when I look in the mirror. But some great motivation to keep doing what I'm doing - three people have told me in the past day that I really look like I'm losing weight. Woohoo!!!
