The weekend binge has caught me again. Traveled on Saturday, so we did McD's at the rest stops, then went to Chili's Saturday night. Also ate out Friday night at Panera's, and Sunday had Five Guys. So really not surprised at the weight gain. Today I've already consumed junk food (jelly beans), and I actually feel sick from them. Have a cucumber and an apple for lunch, and will have something light (maybe brocolli) for dinner.

The worst part is that I didn't make 226, am actually back to last week's goal weight.

Sometimes I think I really don't have the willpower necessary to drop this weight. I've not been to the gym either - with the traveling and with my allergies, just been too tired. Going to try and go tonight or tomorrow morning.

228.7 lb Lost so far: 4.3 lb.    Still to go: 88.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.6 lb a week
