So my willpower is not so good. I need to really try and focus for the next 5 days. So, my pledge is too follow my meal plan and exercise regiment for the next 5 days.
Meal Plan less than 50 grams of carbs per day. keep calories around 1600. Drink 2-3 liters of water per day.
The most important part of my plan is to get to bed early so that I can get up early.
Exercise plan - elliptical 30 minutes, bodywork.tv routine (push ups, pull ups, sit ups, squats, lunges with biceps/triceps/shoulders
Log everything!
