My father's 55th birthday party was this weekend. The food was everywhere and it was incredible! Unfortunately there was not a salad or raw vegetable in site!! It was held at my sister's house and I spent the weekend there with my kids. So it was either eat the food or starve!! Next time I am doing the planning or bringing my own food, because I forget I am the only one dieting in my family!
175.4 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
