I have lost 9 lbs (in 11 days) since eating mostly meat, cheese, eggs, nuts and some veggies. These are foods I can enjoy long term and a way of eating I can stick too!! This is the most weight I have lost in years!!!! So excited.
234.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
