Kids are feeling well mommy not feeling well. Today may be the first day in a long time where I don't end the day with a calorie deficit. No workout today. Mommy needs a rest. Made a big batch of unstuffed cabbage bowls only 157 calories a cup serving though I usually add 1/2 cup quinoa or brown rice. Still under 300 calorie meal. (I'm not doing keto)
