Chris1979's Journal, 08 March 2010

Ate too much at the baby's party. Ended up getting sick, which explains the lower weight today. I'm sure I'll be higher tomorrow but 136.4 sounded so good I just had to record it, however fleeting it may prove to be. My body just can't handle cookies, cake, ice cream, etc. so well anymore since I've been so good about eating healthy.

Although I'm excited about the lower weight today, in the back of my head I'm still thinking OMG that is 16.4 lbs more than I want to ultimately weigh. It's a little depressing. If it took me 10 weeks to drop the first 15 pounds, I guess that means it's going to take at least another 11 weeks to get to 120. Okay so Memorial Day? Wow that seems so far away right now!

On a positive note, a co-worker stopped me to ask if I had lost weight when I was on my way to get coffee this AM. I was like THANK YOU for noticing. Feels so good!!! :)

I'm on spring break this week from school. Which is good, because I have so much to do to get ready for our housewarming/engagement party this weekend. I see lots of trips to Marshalls and Party City going on this week!

My best friend and her boyfriend arrive Thursday morning at 6 AM from California. I need to get our guest room ready for their arrival! Ah feeling the stress!!! But also super excited to see them. :)

THREE THINGS I'M GRATEFUL FOR TODAY:
1) Hand sanitizer
2) Weather warm enough to open the windows
3) Work carpools

Here's to hoping this Monday flies by for everyone! My least favorite day of the week. :)

Contemplate the 120s at which you will arrive shortly. By whatever means, good job Chris.
