looks delish. I`ve reduced amount of meat I eat and now experimenting with tofu. At the moment I`m not really sure what spices to use on it and whether baking the tofu is good option. I`m trying not to fry.

That looks delicious!!! Something we eat at home too. Baking tofu is a good, option my daughter bakes it for us all the time. For seasoning you can add Tamari it's a premium soy sauce made with soybeans low in sodium. There is also Bragg soy sauce a little richer in taste than Tamari.

I prefer my Tofu fried with a little spray olive oil. I eat about a half block at a time. It is really good, I really could not believe it tasted so much like it came from the restaurant down the street.
