No Diet just healthy choices
Hello,
It took me forever to soak in what my younger daughter has been trying to tell me. No diet! Just healthy choices, it's a lifestyle change. She challenged me to Kimberly Snyder's 30-Day Roadmap for Healthy WEIGHT LOSS. Of course my daughter made all my meals for me and I feel absolutely fabulous and full of energy! I lost 15lbs in 30 days by just eating healthy. I love the way I feel that I am continuing to eat healthy and choosing smart food choices. Thanks to my daughter and Kimberly Snyder's healthy weight loss road map. I don't want to become diabetic so I must change my life style and thanks to them they have me on the right path Smile

New Diabetic Type 2
Hi Patty,
I am a pre-diabetic meaning I have a successful chance of becoming diabetic.
My daughter who is a vegan challenged me to a 30 day healthy meal plan. She prepared all my meals for me with no meat. I lost 15 lbs. and feel so full of energy, just like you mentioned. I love the way I feel and I am still continuing on eating healthy and making smart choices. Now it annoys me when my friends see me order something healthy or eating a salad at my desk, the first thing they say is “oh you’re on a diet”. I’m like no I’m just eating healthy and making smart choices. I do despise the word diet , it’s a lifestyle change. Sometimes it can be rough but I try to replace my unhealthy food choices with a healthy food choice and that seems to help and I’m still losing weight
