I've not weighed myself as I know that my weight has gone sky high. A couple of weeks of eaten what I was given and doing nothing does that. I kept being told that I HAD to eat - now I'm doing it my way - back to fasting.
I was doing better until we went to the Battle of Hastings reenactment on Saturday and my mobility scooter packed up leaving me to walk up the hill. Luckily we had Tony's sons with us so one pushed the scooter leaving Tony to give me an arm.
Anyway, I'm back now. This is my first time using the app too. I'll try and catch up on all my FS friends doings. Hope everyone is healthy, happy and shrinking nicely. Still can't work out how to add emoticons though
