Bummer of a week. Can't do much in the way of exercise for about a month. Dr. says there's a pinched nerve in my neck due to a protruding disc in my neck. I know it won't make a difference or help in any way but I seriously want a pint of ice cream and a glass of merlot.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
