I'm taking charge this Easter. I have 2 potluck dinners to go to which are the bane of my diets in the past. This time I have offered to bring a few dishes of foods that I one, know what's in it so I can count the calories/carbs, and two, are all healthy yummy choices. So, if nothing else at the dinner is permissible on my diet, I can stick to eating what I brought.
I am bringing low carb devilled eggs, sugar free jello with berries, and roasted butternut squash.
