Well I now have Fatsecret access from my new Droid phone! Hopefully this will mean that I can manage to keep better track of my foods since I won't have to spend the time on the actual computer. I can now add foods on the go!
I have seen many documentaries on food & the food industry but today I watched Food Inc and I would recommend that EVERYONE takes an hour & a half out of their busy schedules to watch this movie. If you are looking for motivation to eat better and stop feeding giant corporations that don't care if you die.....Food Inc is a good place to start. They also have a website listed at the beginning of the end credits that has great info & links to do stuff like sign a petition to get healthy food in our schools for our children.
