I'm back after yet another break. I'm working in a home improvement store so I'm running around a warehouse no less than four hours per day. On top of that, I am trying a new fitness/workout app. I'm going back to keto and hubby is on board. Let's hope his enthusiasm lasts this time.
Positive thoughts! "I can/am/want" is much more powerful than "I can't/am not/don't want".
